My Account
You can create your Elysium account by visiting our register page.
Log-in to your account, and you'll find various categories under 'Account Settings' at the top
of the page.
Go to Sign -In and click on ‘Forgot your password?’. We'll email you a password reset link.
Order Queries
Placing an order is easy.
1. Navigate to https://elysiumshop.net/ to browse our products.
2. Click ‘Add to basket’ for the items you want.
3. You can either continue shopping or click ‘View Basket’ to proceed to checkout.
If you have an existing account, your saved addresses and payment options will
automatically appear. Otherwise, you can enter your details manually as a guest.
No, you can use the guest checkout. However, creating an account speeds up the process,
allows you to view your order history, save your details for future purchases, and create a
wish list. You'll also receive special promotions and exclusive discounts.
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot change the delivery address. Please cancel the order
and re-order using the correct address. If your order has already been dispatched, please

hours of receiving your shipment:

Payment Method
We accept international and local debit/credit cards. You can select your preferred payment
method at checkout
All payments are processed in OMR. If your credit card requires currency conversion, your
bank or payment gateway may charge you exchange rates and transaction fees. Elysium is not
responsible for these charges as we do not process or receive them.
Delivery
We deliver locally within Oman and internationally, including GCC countries and
worldwide.
Within Oman, delivery is a flat 2.1 OMR charge, though this may vary by governorate.
International delivery costs vary significantly. For a quote, please contact us at

For Oman, please allow 3-4 days for delivery. International delivery times vary by country.

All orders are delivered via Asyad.
You can track your orders by signing into your account. Customers who pay online will also
receive updates from our carrier partner once the order is on its way.
Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. If you received a faulty product, please
see the information in the 'Order Queries' section above
We will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or
payment processor, a refund may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
Elysium Ambassador Program
An Elysium Ambassador is a passionate individual who loves our skincare products and
wants to share them with their community. As an ambassador, you become a representative
of the Elysium brand and build your own beauty business by selling our products to friends,
family, and followers.
You can become an Elysium Ambassador by signing up on our dedicated ambassador page.
There are no fees to join, but a minimum first-time product purchase is required to get started.

guide

1. For direct orders: Your commission is the difference between the discounted price
you pay for products as an ambassador and the full price your customer pays you.
2. For online store sales: Your earnings from any sales made on the Elysium online
store using your unique ambassador code are automatically tracked and paid directly
to you through a secure payment portal.
